To reserve a laptop or projector, please call extension 8623 or use the online reservation form. Computer equipment is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is highly recommended that you place the reservation at least two weeks in advance. Equipment should be picked up and returned to Sverdrup 107.
Webster University faculty and staff are eligible to checkout
equipment. Requesters must sign a printed form confirming their
employee details, which will be pulled from the online directory. If this
information is not available in the directory, we will first need to check
with HR for employment verification.
Equipment Checkout Policy
A three day period is the maximum checkout time of any one piece of equipment. If equipment is needed for a longer time period, the purpose for the equipment must be confirmed and approved. This three day limit will allow all potential users the opportunity to checkout equipment.
Equipment must be returned by the date and time specified. All cords and peripherals of the equipment must also be returned. All equipment is property of Webster University. By signing the equipment checkout form, the user acknowledges that he or she has read and understands the Equipment Borrowing Policy.
Abuse of Checkout Service
Abuse of equipment could result in an individual's privilege to check out equipment being revoked.
Equipment Available for Checkout
Available equipment includes laptops, projectors, and peripherals such as a keyboard, mouse and cables for connectivity.
Assistance with setting up laptops and projectors for on-campus presentations is available with advance notice.
